Item availability
I try to keep extra stock on hand of the items portrayed on this site. However, items and certain sizes of items, such as rings may not be readily available. Wait time could be 2-4 weeks depending on the item ordered. If you would like to know the timing before ordering, please email me at rhrdesigns@outlook.com. I will respond within 48 hours.
Item variations
Each item is handcrafted and will mirror the image represented as closely as possible. Please keep in mind there may be variations since no two stones, freshwater pearls, reticulated silver, etc. are exactly the same.
Shipping
All work is shipped and insured using USPS priority mail. Once shipped, delivery time is typically 3 days but as part of the year products are shipped from Puerto Rico, there could be a slight delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s). To begin the return process, please contact rhrdesigns@outlook.com. If your return is accepted you will be provided instructions for returning your item.
Please note the following:
Items sent back without a return approval will not be accepted. Items are shipped insured. If an item is damaged during shipping a claim will need to be processed and a return will not be accepted. If an item does not meet your expectations, due to sizing, image etc., please contact us to initiate a return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your return has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount of your purchase, minus initial shipping, insurance and, if applicable, credit card processing fee. Items must be in them same condition as you received them: unworn, unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom orders/commissions are not returnable

This website may link to external sites that are not operated by RHRdesigns. Please be aware that the content and practices of these sites are beyond RHRdesigns’ control, and RHRdesigns cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse a request to share your personal information, with the understanding that I may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (jewelry or model with jewelry) on RHRdesigns' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license users may not:

-attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on RHRdesigns' website;

Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the products appearing on RHRdesigns' website. However, each piece is custom made and due to variations in materials used, the product you receive may not be an exact replication of the product pictured. For example, no two fresh waters pearls are alike. RHRdesigns does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. RHRdesigns may make changes to the materials displayed on its website or discontinue an item at any time without notice. Published prices may be modified at any time without notice. Orders in process will not be subject to price increase.
5. Links
RHRdesigns will not review all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the content of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by RHRdesigns of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the users' own risk.
